Effective as of 2025, these terms govern your engagement with EthosEstate, an ethics-based real estate advisory platform at ethosestate.pro.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our services, digital information products, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Advisory Services
EthosEstate provides ethics-based real estate advisory services, including consultation, analysis of property matters, and strategic guidance. Scheduling is subject to availability.
- Booking and Scheduling: Appointments must be arranged through our site or via contact.html. You will receive confirmation with a date and time.
- Cancellations and Adjustments: You may notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment to adjust the date or time. Adjustments are accommodated based on consultant availability.
- Reimbursement Policy: If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, any prepayment will be fully reimbursed within 14 days. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for reimbursement but may be rescheduled once within 30 days.
- No-Reimbursement Justification: Sessions confirmed and not cancelled within the specified window incur unrecoverable consultant time; thus, no reimbursement applies after the 48-hour window.
3. Digital Information Products
Our digital information products include guides, reports, and online courses related to ethical real estate practices.
- Access and Delivery: Delivery is immediate upon purchase by download or user login.
- Reimbursement Policy: You may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided you have downloaded less than 10% of the content. Reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Expiry of Reimbursement: After 14 days or substantial access (beyond 10%), reimbursement requests are declined due to irreversible digital delivery.
4. Goods
Physical goods offered by EthosEstate include branded materials and merchandise.
- Shipping and Handling: Items ship within 5 business days of order confirmation.
- Condition and Eligibility: Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back within 30 days of receipt to qualify for reimbursement.
- Reimbursement Process: Once we confirm the condition, we will reimburse via the original payment channel within 21 days of receipt of the shipment.
- Reshipment Option: If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of reimbursement, subject to stock availability.
- After 30 Days: Goods sent back after the 30-day window are not eligible for reimbursement due to logistical constraints.
5. General Cancellation
To cancel or modify any order, contact us as early as possible through contact.html. Policies vary by offering as detailed above.
6. Limitation of Liability
EthosEstate shall not be liable for indirect outcomes arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service, product, or goods.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
